We begin with a short meet & greet, then a flowing restorative yoga and stretching class in a wonderful yoga studio or in a peaceful private garden setting.
Poses will be demonstrated with verbal and manual cues.
No experience required.
To follow, a delicious nutritious lunch.
After lunch you have some time for a meditation, journaling,
a consultation or space for your questions about
yoga, self- development and growth or if you would just like to take the time to relax by yourself.
Then to close, you could take a walk on the mountain side to see breath taking views, or a nice swim in a private lake.

$50 non refundable deposit with balance due day of retreat.
